Captured Light brings together the handcrafted chairs of Dan Hussey and the paintings of Honor Surie, united by a shared response to the Suffolk landscape. Through wood and paint, light is held, softened and shaped — caught in the grain of timber, the curve of a form, and the shifting tones of water, sky and marsh. Together these works celebrate quiet observation, material honesty and the enduring atmosphere of place.
