Early in 2019, Kieran Page, a well-known Ipswich based artist, designed and painted an ‘ELMER Elephant’ to raise money for St. Elizabeth Hospice. The Elmer was on display in Ipswich as part of a sculpture trail. This was the start of a larger project which aimed to raise awareness of endangered species in Borneo and Sumatra. In June 2019 Kieran collaborated with London based musician ‘Slow King’ to produce a series of prints, poems, and live music, which culminated in an exhibition at the Mill Tye Gallery. This was very much work in progress and Kieran is already in full flow creating yet more work … watch this space!
Prints and poems available online and in the gallery shop.
