Mill Tye Gallery & Arts Centre — Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Mill Tye Gallery & Arts Centre gift vouchers purchased directly from the gallery, online or in person. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to the following terms.

1. Using Your Gift Voucher

1.1 Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment for eligible items at the Mill Tye Gallery & Arts Centre.
1.2 Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase.
1.3 The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
1.4 Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the person presenting the voucher.

2. Validity Period

2.1 Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
2.2 The expiry date is clearly stated on the voucher.
2.3 Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, and no refund or credit will be given for unused value.

3. Remaining Balance

3.1 Any remaining balance will be noted by the gallery at the time of redemption and may be used until the expiry date.
3.2 Remaining balances are not exchangeable for cash.
3.3 Balances can be used across multiple transactions until fully redeemed or expired.

4. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers

4.1 Mill Tye Gallery is unable to replace lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
4.2 Please treat your voucher like cash.

5. Restrictions

5.1 Gift vouchers may only be used for eligible products as determined by the gallery.
5.2 Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers unless expressly permitted.
5.3 Vouchers cannot be resold without the gallery’s written permission.

6. Refunds

6.1 Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable.
6.2 Items purchased using a voucher are subject to our standard returns policy, but any refund will be issued as voucher credit only.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Mill Tye Gallery reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
7.2 Any changes will not affect vouchers already purchased.
