Rebecca Drury
Rebecca Drury is a printmaker whose work is inspired by the wildlife and landscapes of the Dorset coast and countryside. Her finely observed prints reflect a deep engagement with the natural world, capturing both familiar and lesser-seen species with clarity and sensitivity.
With a background in biology and environmental research, Rebecca brings a strong understanding of ecology to her practice. Her imagery often features wild plants and animals—from otters and hares to species such as the black oil beetle—rooted in careful observation and a lifelong interest in nature.
Working primarily in linocut, Rebecca uses multi-block and reduction techniques to produce hand-printed, limited edition works. Each print is individually made, numbered and signed. Mill Tye Gallery holds a comprehensive range of her prints, with works available from £40.
