Based in Devon, Truthbrush was set up by 2 working mums and friends about 4 years ago and came from a desire to produce a brush that was beautiful and luxurious, as well as sustainable. The idea came following a stay at an eco-hotel where the only toothbrush available was a cheap plastic
disposable brush, which was
completely incongruous with their ethos. Over a billion toothbrushes are thrown away worldwide every year and this triggered the realisation that there was space in the market for a beautiful but sustainable toothbrush.
Designed with a smooth ergonomic handle and plant-based bristles, each brush comes in fully recyclable packaging and all shipping is carbon-offset. Truthbrush is cruelty free and vegan.
Using a bamboo toothbrush with a biodegradable handle is a small change but together we can make a big difference.
