Described by Rick Stein as the best chocolate he’s ever tasted, this Dominican-origin bar is a harmonious blend of savoury and sweet. Ground for 72 hours with Maldon sea salt, the result is an indulgent dark chocolate with creamy salted caramel undertones and a roasted hazelnut warmth. An absolute delight for the senses.

Why we love it at Mill Tye Gallery:
This is the chocolate equivalent of a perfectly balanced composition—subtle yet striking, comforting yet surprising. It's ideal for gifting or as a luxurious moment of pause between gallery rooms.
